Yes, our products are fully customizable. Choose your preferred flag design, colors, and more. You can preview your custom design live before completing your order.
If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout in the designated field, and the discount will be applied to your order.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@flagvibe.com or by using our contact form. Changes are possible as long as your order has not yet been forwarded to our production team for processing.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs may vary depending on your destination, and exact shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
We offer free shipping when you purchase at least two items. For orders with three or more items, you’ll receive free shipping and a 10% discount with the code FV10.
Production typically takes 2-5 days, followed by a 1-2 day quality check. Once your order passes the quality check, it will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 2-6 days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on our current workload.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your package.

Returns and Refunds
