How it Works
We have made the ordering process as simple as possible for you. In this short guide, we’ll explain how easy it is to personalize your product and complete an order in our store.
Step 1 - Choose product
- First, select a product from our product range.
- We offer a variety of different products, and our selection is constantly growing.
- Use our navigation to find the right product category.
Step 2 - Personalize product
- After selecting your preferred product, you can now customize it according to your wishes.
- Each product offers different design options, and you can see in the live preview exactly how your finished product will look.
- Once you have customized your product, click the "Add to Cart" button.
- You can either add more products to your cart or proceed to step 3.
(Tip: If you order at least two products, you’ll get free shipping – we’ll cover it for you!)
Step 3 - Complete your order
- Now go to your shopping cart. You can access it by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right corner.
- Once you’re in your cart, click the "Checkout" button to start the order process.
- Enter your name and shipping address, then click "Continue".
- Next, choose your shipping method and click "Continue".
- Finally, select your payment method and complete your order.
Step 4 - We take care of the rest!
- After we receive your order, our team will begin production.
- First, your design will be converted into a high-quality print file.
- The file is then sent to our production team, where your item will be created using a high-quality, multi-layer printing process.
- To ensure your satisfaction, each item undergoes a final quality check before it’s packed and shipped to you.

I can’t upload or display my photo.
Some of our products may allow you to upload a photo. If you're having trouble uploading, try using a different device (another smartphone, PC, laptop, etc.).
It’s also possible that your image file is too large or in an unsupported format. In that case, reduce the file size or save the file as a JPG or PNG.
