We deliver products worldwide.

Shipping costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value (gross product value). Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

We offer free shipping above a certain order value. Typically, we offer free shipping when you order at least two items.

Delivery times

For personalized items, the products are custom-made according to the customer's specifications. Therefore, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the workload and order volume. Production time is typically 2-5 days, depending on order volume. After production, the quality of the items is checked, which may take an additional 1-2 days. Once the quality check is complete, the products will be shipped. Delivery time usually ranges from 2 to 6 days, depending on the destination.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time for the entire order will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
